Cool Visual Design Project…Creating a Portrait with Text
Hi,
I’m Hilary Shohoney, and I work on the Apex Audit Team. Besides the audit work I do, I am a graphic communications student. The graphic design below was done for a letter-forms class that is part of that program. The class focuses on typography and using type alone as a visual indicator within design.
The entire image was created one piece at a time using live type. Each letter can be highlighted and changed, and none of them have been skewed. It took me several hours to create, although much of that was spent trying to outsmart the project.
