Apex Performance Solutions was established in 2001 with the goal of providing professional services to IT-centric organizations. Since that time, Apex has provided effective solutions to both the public and private sectors.


Low Corporate Overhead

Apex maintains a low administrative corporate overhead by conducting the bulk of its business at client sites. This allows for lower overall project costs, high levels of client engagement and service delivery, while maximizing our client's investment in our services.  Apex also utilizes a modest but effective marketing approach based largely on word-of-mouth referrals, and long-term intra-client engagements and referrals.


On-site Program Management Office (PMO) Support

Whether providing flat-fee services or augmenting resources on a "Time and Materials" basis, we support our operations with an internal Apex PMO team. This seasoned team supports all engagements including Project and Program Management, Test Services, Systems Analysis, Technical Writing, Training, and Instructional Design, and Business Analysis and Support.

Apex invests substantial time and resources in cross-training our staff to grow our internal knowledge base while ensuring business continuity, and increased project efficiencies for our clients. This has translated to reduced year-over-year project costs upwards of 10% annually, which we pass along to our clients.
